What is Pharmaceutical Waste?

Typically pharmaceutical waste is classified into three main categories: prescription only drugs, over the counter medicines, and research and development drugs. However it also includes glass bottles and vials, flu-absorbers, de-nurturing kits, cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs.
