We are one of the few UK specialist waste management companies using advanced twin rotary autoclaves to process healthcare wastes. Approved by the Environment Agency, our Rotoclaves meet the highest standards of compliance.

Rotoclave Process

High temperature steam under pressure is used to treat waste through direct contact achieving 99.9% sterilisation; the end product is rendered free from infection and bacteria. The inert waste is then discharged, shredded beyond recognition and compacted into a flock that can be recycled.

Our dual system is capable of treating over 25,000 tonnes of waste each year using recycled water from our water treatment plant. This provides a solution that is both beneficial to the environment and cost-effective for our customers.

Secure Sites

To protect the site and to provide you with peace-of-mind CCTV is in constant use. In addition staff are present on site 24 hours a day seven days a week. Furthermore to ensure you are confident in our staff we fully vet and check driving licences on a regular basis.
